Sunderblogger.blogspot.sundercircle what is the cause of historical events? Is it power? What is power? Power is the sum total of wills transferred to one person. On what condition are the wills of the masses transferred to one person? On condition, that the person express the will of the whole people. That is, power is power. That is, power is a word the meaning of which we do not understand. Regard. Sunder T. 20151008

The Secrets for Living a Happy Life without Regrets In my opinion, the two worst words we can say to ourselves are "what if?" I have spent countless hours thinking about what could I have done differently in my life and truth be told, it didn’t make them any better. While it is hard not to think about your past, you can't let it control and consume you. Learning what our biggest s of regrets is is, and how we can avoid and overcome them, is a key component in a happy and satisfied life. After going over this insightful information I've realized a lot of things that have changed my life for the better. I hope this will help you as much as it helped me: Regards Sunder T. 20151004

sunderblogger:blogspot.life4living

sunderblogger.20151003 1. You need very little to be happy. Some simple plant food, modest shelter, a couple changes of clothes, a good book, a notebook, some meaningful work, and some loved ones. 2. Want little, and you are not poor. You can have a lot of money and possessions, but if you always want more, you are poorer than the guy who has little and wants nothing. 3. Focus on the present. Stop worrying about the future and holding onto the past. How much of your day is spent thinking about things other than where you are and what you're doing, physically, at this moment? How often are we living as opposed to stuck thinking about other things? Live now and you live fully. 4. Be happy with what you have and where you are. Too often we want to be somewhere else, doing something else, with other people than whomever we're with right now, getting things other than what we already have. But where we are is great! Who we're with (including just ourselves) is already perfect. What we have is enough. What we're doing already is amazing. 5. Be grateful for the small pleasures in life. Berries, a square of dark chocolate, tea - simple pleasures that are so much better than rich desserts, sugary drinks, fried foods if you learn to enjoy them fully. A good book borrowed from the library, a walk with a loved one in the park, the fine exertion of a short hard work out, the crazy things your child says, the smile of a stranger, walking barefoot on grass, a moment of quiet as the morning wakens and the world still rests. These little pleasures are living well, without needing much. 6. Be driven by joy and not fear. People are driven by the fear of missing out, or the fear of change, or the fear of losing something. These are not good reasons to do things. Instead, do things because they give you or others joy? Let your work be driven not because you need to support a lifestyle and are afraid of changing it, but by the joy of doing something creative, meaningful, valuable. 7. Practice compassion. Compassion for others creates loving, rewarding relationships. Compassion for yourself means forgiving yourself for past mistakes, treating yourself well (including eating well and exercising), loving yourself as you are. 8. Forget about productivity and numbers. They matter not at all. If you are driven to do things to reach certain numbers (goals), you have probably lost sight of what's important. If you are striving to be productive, you are filling your days with things just to be productive, which is a waste of a day. This day is a gift, and shouldn't be crammed with every possible thing - spend time enjoying it and what you're doing. Regards. Sunder T. 20151003 sunderblogger.life4living.20151003.docx __._,_.___

Modi in Silicon Valley in Sept.2015- Looks like PM Modi has shown remarkable salesmanship while he was in the Silicon valley of the US. His talk on India and its needs has proved very useful and he has cleared all the doubs on India`s development and its roll in global arena. He got all the encouragement from the big companies like Google(WI-Fi at 500 railway stations), Microsoft(broadband in 5 lakh villages), and Qualcomm ($150 million startup fund). PM Modi has given a slogan to the West that 21st century belogs to India, and Digital India is the vision. Very few people know that in 18th century India contibuted 22.6% of the world`s GDP.Modi`s 3D has not only Demographic dividend, democracy and demand and also a forth one ie. deregulation. Modi`s plan D1 is of quality of education, which need radical overhaul. This also includes urgernt deregulation and allowing the best education providers and universities of the world to come in. The D2 is vital and intimately linked to India`s growth propsects. India needs new envoirment a new culture. Today India stands 142nd in the World Bank`s ease of doing business ranking. So new mindset is required in the new world of technology and innovation which will permit a genuinely open ecosystem of ideas. Kind Regards. Sunder T. 20150929.

Once a seminar was going on, suddenly the speaker stopped and started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room. Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each Other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos. At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon. Now each one was asked to randomly select a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it. Within minutes everyone had their own balloon. The speaker began--- This is exactly what's happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people... Give them their happiness and you will get your own happiness. And this is the purpose of human life. sunderblogger.blogspot.sundercircle

Ecology-vs.-Economics The greatest lunacy that has taken over mankind, and now sweeping the whole specie, is Economics. It is the ultimate mass lunacy. We the Homo sapiens have long back become the homo in-sapiens, the most anti ecological and ego centric or lunatic specie. This anti nature or anti ecological cult is supposed to be development. At one go without batting an eye lid, we assert that the entire Universe is just a resource for the use of only mankind! “Life is not merely a murderous game in which cheating and killing insure the injection of the rogue’s genes into the next generation, but it is also a symbiotic, cooperative venture in which partners triumph. Indeed, despite the belittling of humanity that naturally occurs when one looks at “Homo sapiens sapiens “from a planetary perspective of billions of years of cell evolution, we can rescue for ourselves some of our old evolutionary grandeur when we recognize our specie not as lords but as partners: we are in mute, incontrovertible partnership with the photosynthetic organisms that feed us, the gas producers that provide oxygen, and the heterotrophic bacteria and fungi that remove and convert our waste. No political will or technological advance can dissolve that partnership.”(Lynn Margulis and Dorian Sagan in Microcosmos). Well, we are actually attempting to dissolve the partnership and also destroy the partners, viz., the rest of the biosphere and that attempt is what is called economics. Let us for some time leave the human perspective and adopt the perspective of bacteria, to study nature and our cult-the economics. “From the microcosmic perspective, plant life and animal life, including the evolution of humanity, are recent, passing phenomena within a far older and more fundamental microbial world. Feeding, moving, mutating, sexually recombining, photosynthesizing, reproducing, overgrowing, predacious, and energy expending symbiotic microorganisms preceded all animals and all plants by at least two billion years.” There is an urgent need to leave the anthropocentric (or ego centric) perspective and adopt the perspective of bacteria which are still the architects and administrators of evolution. You are now living because; every single micro second of your life is due to the activity of the bacteria in you. Economics is the flower of ignorance and absolute stupidity. We are fundamentally and foundationally bacterial based organisms. “People are neither fundamentally in conflict with nor essential to the global ecosystem. Even if we accomplish the extraterrestrial expansion of life, it will not be to the credit of humanity as humanity. Rather it will be to the credit of humanity as a symbiotically evolving, globally interconnected, technologically enhanced, and microbially based system.”(Lynn Margulis and Dorian Sagan). We need to urgently change our perspective. It has to be the ecological and more importantly from the perspective of the microorganisms. Nature is not the usable and consumable wealth. You are part of nature as one symbiotic organism. The very concept of consumption boils down to self consumption-tuberculosis. Economics as it is taught today is outrageous. Kind Regards. https://blogzsunder.wordpress.com/ NotProudToBeIndian: Is there such a creature as an Indian? There may be, but I have not found it. An Indian pure and simple is rare as griffin or an Assyrian bull. How should it be otherwise? The Indian is not a person, but a patchwork. Indeed, he remindes me of Ibsen`s famous onion-one layer, then another, then another, and finally, nothing. It is the peeling of the various layers that causes much trouble. Each layer tells its own tale and, what is unbelievable, is not part of an organic whole. The result is tht the so-called Indian is the most contradictory of persons. He is perpetually at ware with himself. Will continue ...Kind Regards. Sunder T -20150918

Mumbai4u A cacophony of sounds, smells, sights, and people, India can be overwhelming. And Mumbai is no exception. A true city of contrasts, Mumbai's modern skyscrapers loom over festering slums and humble chai wallahs eke out an existence alongside glittering Bollywood actors. The financial, fashion, and film capital of India, Mumbai is a place where stars are made, multi-million dollar deals are hatched and beggars, businessmen, cows and crazed rickshaw drivers all jostle for position in the chaos. Handed to the British as the dowry of a Portuguese princess, Mumbai has seen it all - from Gandhi's anti-imperialist crusade to the threat of modern terrorism. But nothing can phase Mumbaikers - all 13 million of them, existing cheek-by-jowl in the commercial hub of an ancient civilisation seeking to find its place in the New World Order. After the multi-sensory shock of Mumbai wears off, the city - one of India's cleanest - is a joy to explore. From grand, gothic remnants of the Raj to ancient Hindu temples and breathtaking feats of modern engineering, there's a new sight around every corner and more bars, boutiques, mega malls, galleries and restaurants than even the locals can wiggle their heads at. A veritable melting pot of culture, language and cuisine, Mumbai is a destination that commands an extended stopover, just so you can get a proper taste. Go on, take a bite. Kind Regards. Sunderblogger- 20150828 Spiritual Process- Spiritual process is not a divorce from life. It is an irrevocable love affair with life. Just in everything that you touch-the food that you eat, the air that you breathe, the earth that you walk upon-the hand of the Creator is obvious for someone who pays enough attention to it. The biggest thing that a human being can do is to be in tune with that intelligence and ensure that he does not distort the hand of the Creator. You can do everything that you wish to do and still not distort the hand of the Creator- if you are in tune with it. If you are not in tune with it, you become an exclusive intelligence. Creation does not make room for that. Initiation into a spiritual process means to stir up that intelligence within you which is the source of creation- you allow it to function. The word yoga means “union” Union means inclusiveness, to become an inclusive intelligence, so that your intelligence does not in any way distort the intelligence which is the source of creation within you and in everything. 20150823- Nothing is forever! The winds continued to wihisle as rain came smarthering down against the window pane. The typhoon was raging outide as a famly remained safe in the shelter of theri home. A little girl lay in her bed afraid of the rolling roar of the thunder. She closed her eyes tightly and prayed to God. she slowly flet the reassurance of her mohter`s arms around her. "Dont worry it`s just a storm. It will soon pass. "But mummy why does God make storms?" she asked. The mother replied softly, "To make up appreciate the sunny days." Friends, many times, we too are faced with storms, difficulies and depressing times in our lives. And we allow ourselves to be carried away by these storms. We forget that the storm will surely pass and give way to yet another bright, sunny day. We live in a world in which nothing abides forever. Nothing abides because life is a movement in waves, waves, come and waves go. Everything comes to pass. These problems that come to us, the difficultues that we find in our ways, the obstacles that are set up on our path they will all pass. If only you remember this teaching that this is too shall pass, whenever you are surrounded by a problem, you will see what stregnth and courage you get to face that problem. sunderblogger Plan, Visualize- Before you leave work or go to bed, take a few minutes to plan schedule for the following day. Doing so sets you up for success, as you`ll be able to get right to work as soon as you begin your day. After planning your schedule, take a few additional minutes to visualize your day going exactly as you want it. See yourself performing at your best in every situation you will encounter. This gives your subconscious all night to work on creating ways to make it happen just as you visualized it. Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what else is happening. Love More, Judge Less True love is non-judgment. Do not see the faults of others. When you find fault with others and critise them harshly, you are drawing negative forces to yourself!. I read about a fashionable, rich yourng woman, who was taken around a poor locality of New York City. She was disgusted at the sight of the shabbily dressed, unkempt children on the streets. 'Look at these dreadful childrn!" she sneered. Why can`t someone wash and clean them up? Do they have no mothers!" Her guide explained to her partiently, Sure, they have mothers who love them- but they don`t hate the dirt. You hate the dirt- but you don`t love these childre. Untill the love for the children and hatred for their condition are found together in the same heart, the children will have to remain as they are!" Solar electricity is most promising. But it is also hugely subsidiezed today. Stripped of subsidies, solar pwer currently cost 14 cents/unit (abt. Rs.9.5/unit). India should opt for solar energy when it is cheaper and it is estblished as competitive and even then onlh to the extent it does not disturb the grid. Taking risk at this juncture is not very practical. Need second thinking on the subject. Kind Regards! Sunder Thadani. - -

Mumbai: (Vehicles) Spot e-challans for traffic offences are being implemented in Mumbai city. [1] The drawback is that the initiative forced software and other glitches, such as the tablet batter dying after about an hour of usage, forcing conps to go back to the station or chowki to recharge them; the screen not being readable in sunlight, and even spotty 3G connectivity. [2] The device works best with a smart card issued by RTO; manual input is time consuming, slowing down process when drivers show paper RC books, which RTOs are now issueing. Mumbai (Auto/Taxis): Auto/Taxi meters in Mumbai are being rigged and new help line has come on mobile no. 9869691666 [Available on WhatsApp]. The very fact that yet another government department is being forced to set up yet another helpline indicates that the existing mechanism is not working. Commuters are as angry with rogue drivers as they ar with government agencies not giving any redress. The legal metrology department, hopefully, will be more proactive that other agencies like cops and RTOs. Kind Regards! Sunder Thadani/
