Take the Correct Path Self-realisation is the easiest thing. It is not difficult. What difficult things to do you have to do to experience what is within you? It is just that you are willing and unwilling at the same time. The struggle is yours. You have just chosen a path like this. Suppose you wanted to go to the room next door; If you knew the geography of the building, you would simply turn the right way and walk into the room. But if all you have is enthusiasm and have n o clue how to get to the room, you might go around the world and come in through the window. You can get to the room that way too. Yet, it is a foolish thing to do. And who knows what impediments may eat you up during this round-the world trip. A few centuries ago, out of many thousands of people who set off on expeditions from Europe to find India, most of them got wiped out on the oceans. Only one Vasco Da Gama made it. Hope is the spring board of all activity. A new hour, a new dawn and a new year,
all hold out hope. Hope can also spring forth in a manner that is unconnected with us.
A good turn of events for someone else can kindle hope in us. However,
hope could turn out to be a double-edged sword. Unfulfilled hope can be devastating, as in business, love and competitive situations. Grief might blur one`s vision but the flicker of hope helps us navigate the darkness of despair.

Unified mind is the key to peace, happiness and fullness. It can help us see t
he whole picture rather than get trapped in ephemeral details.
Not everyone might turn out «GreetingLine»to be a Beethoven or Stephen Hawking.
However, by not getting disheartened by setbacks and by finding ways to overcome difficulties, we can learn to appreciated and enjoy whatever we have instead of calling it quits.

As in life, the only certainty in stock market is the uncertainty and unpredictability. Every morning, although we have broad idea of how our day is likely to be, we cannot predict with surety about evens that might or not happen during the day. This is true of our lives too, where life flows moment to moment; we can only live in the present.
Life is enmeshed in duality, with its ups and downs, victories and losses. The same is true of stock markets, where investors move from happiness to sorrow and from ecstasy to dejection, with cyclical regularity. As in life, with stocks too, no one is a permanent winner or loser. Change is the only constant. Life is all about putting in our best efforts and then surrendering to a higher authority or power. This letting go is often required in investing too where, after having made a decision, one should not continuously be thinking about it. Having gone our job, we must let go and let existence take over, and give us whatever returns or rewards…. Learn to accept that which you cannot change. At the same time, one cannot afford to be callous or careless, as these qualities always lead to trouble.

Life moves in cycles and good times are followed by not-so-good times. On the stock market there are winners, there are losers and often roles are reversed. The qualities that make our life joyous, balanced and harmonious-awareness, presence of mind, maturity, patience, truthfulness to oneself, acceptance, and an ability to forgive and forget, resilience, and trust and faith in a higher power –are the very traits that will hold any trader in good stead, through buoyancies and crashes, and will ensure that he does not lose his peace of mind and become a victim of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Practising Non-violence: Ahimsa (non-violence) does not mean merely not injuring a living being physically. You should not cause harm even by a word, a look or a gesture. Tolerance, fortitude, equanimity-these help you to practice a non-violence steadily.
Non-violence is another facet of truth. When once you are aware of the kinship of all beings, the fundamental divine unity and their oneness with God, you will not knowingly cause pain or distress to another.
we generally think that non-violence means not causing harm to any living being. Violence is not merely causing physical harm, even looking at debasing things, listening to evil or wrongful words and speaking harshly amount to voilence.
It all depends on one`s intention. Non-violence is ultimately a matter of intention and attitude, directed from the heart.
Perpetrating voilence on others is ultimately committing violence to oneself. We will definitely reap the consequences of our actions, whether in the present or future. Though the result may not be always apparent, every action evokes an inevitable reaction. Therefore, the best policy is to avoid harming others at all. As the biblical saying goes, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." So help ever, hurt never.- Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Diversity at the workplace has led to an increase in interaction between colleagues o the opposite sex- so much so, that these days, it just seem to make eminent sense to have a purely platonic girlfriend or boyfriend at the office – a “work spouse,” if you will.

Having a work spouse is more than simple jokes and fun, as they are uniquely bonded individuals who can relate and provide emotional support during stressful times. Even tough by pure definition, work-spouse relationships are platonic. It`s the latent possibility for hanky panky that makes relationship experts wary of such associations. It is too easy for any boy-girl kind of relationships to morph into a dangerous affair.

Destroy those envying roots and enjoy lasting peace. Just be aware when the feeling of
 jealousy arises, and you will be surprise, it simply disappears. Jealousy cannot be overcome
either by escaping from it or hating the object of jealousy.

Understand the way out of jealousy is not be surprising it or denying its existence. 
Expressing and encouraging it is also not the way because then you are not ready
to face he jealousy with awareness. Just watch how jealousy arise in you,
how it develops into hatred for the object of jealousy, how it creates restlessness
and frustration inside you and make you lose all of your peace and calm.

Do not condemn the object of jealousy. The object has not generated the
emotions from outside. The jealousy is happening inside you. The fire of jealousy
can just consume you completely if you don’t control it with the fire extinguisher of
you awareness. Once you witness your jealousy with awareness, you will realize
that it does not have a basis for existence at all.  When this happens, jealously
will drop automatically. You won`t have to drop it.

A real spiritual being is fearless, balanced, disciplined, calm and an organised person. (S)he can never be a troublesome and irritating personality. Moreover, (S)he cannot be an insensitive person.
Sterling faith is closely associated with selfless love.

In the next half century, with the world facing challenges and discontinuities we will more than ever, need entrepreneurs in all domains. Only entrepreneurs can turn these challenges into opportunities and bring about change that will take us into more sustainable and equitable era by 2050.
Times may be changing, but opportunities are ample.
While a new breed of young entrepreneurs is ready to take on the world, there will be lot of ups and downs. While the highs are the best highs one can have the lows are the worst lows that one can be victims of. Overcome those lows, because there were no lows there would be no highs. So don`t give us. If your first idea doesn’t work, try another. Seek the advice of your contemporaries, people who are a bit ahead of you as well as people who are bit behind you. It's often difficult to say no because of the desire to be loved: we want to be helpful, we want to show we care, but we may have little to give, are tired, overworked, or need alone time. Do you feel that if you aren't there for someone, they may reject you? Or that you're somehow obliged to help as it makes you a good' person, parent or friend? Do you ever feel validated by being needed? It's easy to believe that any time you take to relax or meditate is time that could be used elsewhere. But taking time out doesn't mean it is selfish or even wasted time. Think about what happens when your day is spent constantly caring for others. Do you get resentful, irritated, or even angry?

Do you find stress building up? Does the quality of care that you offer become affected by that inner tension?

Or are you so used to being this way that it seems impossible to imagine being any other way? You may even think you're not the relaxing type, or that if you do relax you won't be able to cope with all the things you have to do.

However, by taking time for yourself, by lowering your blood pressure and releasing stress, you are immediately creating a more harmonious environment that can only benefit all those around you. When you take time out to be quiet it means you don't get so angry, resentful, or frustrated; instead, you connect with who you really are. Then what you share with others is coming from that peaceful space. When you are energized and feeling good you will be able to do far more than if you are dragging yourself through your day with little energy or in a bad mood.

So, rather than being selfish, such activity is actually the least selfish thing you could do! This is when saying no to others means you are affirming yourself. The power of saying no is that you are empowered!

This demand for freedom usually expresses itself by fastening upon some external conditions of the kin of existence people wish to lead. However, there are fes who realise that even if all the external conditions of a free life - political, economic, religious or cultural-were completely fulfilled and guaranteed, the soul of man would still remain in woeful beondage if failed to realise spiritual freedom.
Only spiritual freedom is absolute and unlimited. When it is won through persistent efforts, it is secured forever. It is only in spiritual freedom that one can have abiding happiness and unimpaired Self-Knowledge. It is only in spiritual freedom that there arises the supreme certainty of Truth- Meher Baba. Choose Your Options with Care.
Everyday in our life, we perhaps have some kind of bad experience, big or small. One has two options: either ignore them or react. The first option is a form of forgiveness, while the other amounts to engagement and in some cases, even revenge.

Which is the better option?

Forgiveness is a better option for it is based on a proven formula: `save yourself`. Forgiveness saves you from distraction, it saves your time, and it saves you from creating more problems. Forgiveness could amount to an instant solution to the problem.

In contrast, reaction and emotional revenge means turning the bad into worse, for revenge tends to worsen the problem. If forgiveness is buying time, revenge is just wasting time without hope of any positive result.

“To error is human, but to forgive is divine” For the core, aren`t we all really divine beings?

Is There a God? Is there a God? If so why does he make himself invisible to us?
The fact is that you cannot see God does not mean that H does not exist. The truth does not cease to be just because it is indivisible to us. Our test of Earth is to believe in something what we cannot see by listening to our inner voice. God does not have to prove Himself to us. We have to prove ourselves  to God. It is only through your subconscious that you can experience God. You will never be able to understand God completely on Earth but you can experience Him by choosing goodness. Do enjoy your life: Life is always going to give you a new situation and a new challenge, but you, should never be comfortable in any situation-good or bad-as everything is going to change. When you sleep at night and dreams begin, you forget the so-called real world. When the dream is over, the cycle of deep sleep comes and then you leave behind the dream world too. Deep sleep brings the transition from real to dream world and this happens so smoothly that you are not even aware of the happening. Death too brings the change from this life to next, from this body to next body, and then this life which seems real will be forgotten like a dream.As long as it is there, enjoy it! But you cannot enjoy life if you don`t know what eternal is, ie, what is that which is non-changing. for this, deeper understanding of life and its ways are to be learnt, as one needs to be trained to abide in joyfulness. Creativity: Where does creativity comes from- It is about an inner consciousness, something that is active within us, that requires expression. Germany is a highly industrialized country. In such a country, many will think its people lead a luxurious life.

When i arrived at Hamburg , my colleagues walked into the restaurant, we noticed that a lot of tables were empty. There was a table where a young couple was having their meal. There were only two dishes and two cans of beer on the table. I wondered if such simple meal could be romantic, and whether the girl will leave this stingy guy.

There were a few old ladies on another table. When a dish is served, the waiter would distribute the food for them, and they would finish every bit of the food on their plates.

As we were hungry, our local colleague ordered more food for us.When we left, there was still about one third of un-consumed food on the table.

When we were leaving the restaurant, the old ladies spoke to us in English, we understood that they were unhappy about us wasting so much food.

"We paid for our food, it is none of your business how much food we left behind," my colleague told the old ladies. The old ladies were furious. One of them immediately took her hand phone out and made a call to someone. After a while, a man in uniform from Social Security organisation arrived. Upon knowing what the dispute was, he issued us a 50 Euro fine. We all kept quiet.

The officer told us in a stern voice, "ORDER WHAT YOU CAN CONSUME, MONEY IS YOURS BUT RESOURCES BELONG TO THE SOCIETY. THERE ARE MANY OTHERS IN THE WORLD WHO ARE FACING SHORTAGE OF RESOURCES. YOU HAVE NO REASON TO WASTE RESOURCES."

The mindset of people of this rich country put all of us to shame. WE REALLY NEED TO REFLECT ON THIS. We are from country which is not very rich in resources. To save face, we order large quantity and also waste food when we give others a treat.

We have been open to any kind of God, every kind of belief, and we accept any kind of philosophy in the world, because in this culture, the spiritual sciences have been looked at with such depth. That is action. And also the worm under the earth, eating- that too is activity, that is also action. So also is it action when a politician gets up on the platform and says nothing, or when a person writes, reads, or makes a statue out of marble. 
That is also action when a man, who has a family, goes to the office for the next 40 years, day after day, doing drudgery work without much meaning, wasting his life endlessly about nothing! All that a scientist, an artist, a musician, a speaker does, that too is action. Life is all about connections. Our mental, emotional, physical and psychic selves only establish connections, be it with nature, people of things. We don`t know how to relate to them. We do not build relationships. When we connect with consciousness and awareness with what is around us, only then do we actually relate to them. Bu we do relate to something and that is our selfish nature. Any action based on the selfish motive will not endure long.

business affairs and have been suitably rewarded with high corporate

office. Moreover, the BJP leader is not the only one under whose

benevolent disposition such enterprise has been encouraged to thrive.
