Mumbaikars: Mumbai Municipal Corporation chief Ajoy Mehta has decided to make WhatsApp messenger service an official mode of communication within the civil body. These instructions are directed towards all BMC deputy municipal commissioners, directors, deans of civi hospitals, chief engineers and assistant commissioners in charge of 24 wards in Mumbai.
