Sunderblogger.057 Freedom from sex is not repression of sex: it the understanding of sex; by understanding, one goes beyond it. But that does not mean that you will be angry, against it and antagonistic. You will be blissful. You will bless everybody with the hope that someday, they will also go beyond it. Sex is not a sin. Nobody is ever punished or sent to hell for sex. God has given it to you, you are born with it; you have not created it- like the atom bomb, bayonet, sword, money or politics- these are inventions of the ugly human mind. These people will go to hell, certainly. But sex is God-given gift, and it is a great seed. Once it starts sprouting and finds the right soul, it will become a big tree. Millions of flowers will come to it. Your views, suggestions, or comments are most welcome and will be appreciated. Best Wishes Sunder Thadani 20150505

Mumbai, India: Government Railway Police (GRP) is introducing a new scheme for city stations to have "police mitra".

What is the scheme? It is a compiled database of food stall workers, shoeshine boys, coolies, and cabbies, present at every station, to act as "eyes and ears" of the police. The cops will train them on how to gather intelligence and spot suspicious activities as well as help the commuters trying to locate a police station. The tricky part will be to differentiate rogue cabbies from the others

Areas to be covered

.

At lease 3 to 4 mitras will be present on each of the 471 railway platform in the city. The have been armed with the GRP`s helpline Numbers

E-commerce in India.2014- Indian e-commerce sites are growing rapidly because of two factors- access to unlimited capital and the ability to provide a long tail without the investment needed in inventory. American and European`s bulging pension funds are looking for a better returns on their capital and for them Indian market in e-commerce is the best target. Amazon is investing about US 150 billion which is 8% of India`s GDP of US 1.8 trillion. Today has three tigers who have entered in huge and unlimited e-commerce market, they are Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal. Let us who wins in the end. With new government in power, this is an appropriate moment for these companies to establish themselves. "What you will see in the next five years is the most efficient transfer of wealth from rich investors to the lower middle class of India" Best Wishes for all. Sunder T

Mobile Wallet – 120814
http://www.Oxigen.com,
Cash can be delivered direct to the family at Rs. 1.25 per Rs. 100.
Each of the 700 million cell phones in the country besides millions of PCs and laptops are now like an ATM.
If an experiment of cash delivery through a phone-kiosk interface works within Reserve Bank parameters, the e-wallet could remove the use of cash and plastic in the coming years.
The volume of money transfer in India is about $30 billion annually, excluding other electronic payments such as credit cards and bank transfers.
RBI has authorized to the IMT (Instant Money Transfer) Payment System, under the Payments and Settlements Act. The transaction limit is Rs. 10,000 and it enables any partner bank account holder to send money (up to rs. 25,000 per month) even to  a person on his/her mobile phone, even if the recipient does have a bank account. IMT works on a simple 2FA (a software loop between the mobile number and the bank, which no one can penetrate) process, using a combination of a secret password and a PIN.
Where opening of a bank account poses problems due to KYC or other limitation, a mobile wallet would be a boon. Not surprisingly, India`s digital payment industry, is expected to touch Rs. 1.2 lakh crores by December 2014.

The OECD, a club of rich countries, has done well to unveil a single global standard for automatic exchange of financial account information to combat money-laundering and tax evasion. It mandates banks, brokers, and fund houses to collect information from their clients and pass it on to their respective regulators. It is a matter of time with the G20 already turning heat on Switzerland and other tax havens.
OECD`s initiative will end the practice of MNC`s shifting profits to tax havens and avoiding payment of taxes in their homelands. As information exchange becomes automatic, companies will find it harder to inflict "base erosion and profit shifting" on their host nations. Kind Regards! Sunder T

Do you know that the most expensive election in Indian history? A staggering Rs 30,500 (US5.2 billion) was spent by the various parties and independent candidates on the campaigning in recent general election in 2014. (US spent $ 7 on presidential race - but you can not compare India with US). But you will appreciate that since Modi has won hands down, the expenses are worth the victory of BJP. Besides Modi, the CEO has the following guideline in his mind:
(1) Small cohesive cabinet with restructured portfolios
(2) Cabinet minister to be aided by 3-4 ministers of state
(3) Super PMO manned by sector specific specialist/technocrats
(4) Quasi-Presidential style of hands-on governance
(5) Bigger outreach to chief ministers
(6) Devolution of power to the states
(7) Empowerment of bureaucrats to fiz problems
(8) Govt. to be indulgent of the opposition, initially

Mumbai4u: Subject: Local train fare vs Tokyo, New York, and London
The commute by a suburban train seems to be cheaper than other modes of transport in Mumbai, and is also cheaper compared to train tickets in cities across the world.
WR general manager Hemant Kumar said, "Travelling by a local train could be as cheap as 11 paise per km and for the first class travel, 37 paise. For BEST buses, it comes to 82 paise per km and for AC BEST buses it comes to Rs.2.65 per km. Globally too, fares are higher in New York, train travel cost Rs. 11.80  per km, while it is Rs.18.90 in Tokyo and Rs.29.20 in London." TNN
For your information, Mumbai is going to be the 4th largest city in the world by 2030, next to only Tokyo, New York, and London. Today Mumbai is putting 40% of India`s taxes amount in the kitty. Kindly correct me and oblige. Thanks.
Kind Regards!

1.The Indian youth today is more confident lt. It is fearless enough to choose the entrepreneurial route than      only chasing jobs.
2.The environment today is conducive to entrepreneurs as many incubators exist. Several institutes have created incubation cell too:

We as human beings have power - not just to cause harm and
Create terror but to help ourselves of this seemingly hopeless
Scenario of doom, and gloom. It might seem contradictory that
People are empowered and empower others, merely by being
Kind and compassionate and not because they are overbearing,
Manipulative and unkind and force their view on others. A kind
Word, a good deed, a caring gesture, a warm simile, all these
Are like power kegs. Kindness and compassion spring from
Inner security whereas aggression and hatred come from
Inner insecurity. When our backs are up against the wall,
Positive inner resources come to the rescue. Sometimes they
Are invisible but in times of distress, they give us strength
And help us emerge as powerful game changers</p>

India: cyber crimes up across India. Maharashtra tops with 62% rise. Mostly Youngsters at fault, think they won`nt be caught. This is what National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) report.
During 2013 the fact are following: Sexual harassment=233(101 in 2012)), Fraud=210(147 in 2012), Cause disrepute=75(38 in 2012), Extortion=14(5 in 2012), Revenge=15(6 in 2012). It is observed that increase in computer and smart devices have fuelled a spurt in cyber crimes of social nature such as abuse, intimidation, pornography, fake emails, etc. Unless law is strict the crimes will increase. Younger people know that the social media is un-policed and believe they have a right to say whatever they want., and still get away with it.

it is well said, “Politics is to be left only to politicians”.
India has been like a house owned by a householder who leaves the day-to-day running of the house –keeping the place clean, buy provisions for the kitchen, maintaining a daily account – to the servants. Left unregulated-except for a check on their activities every five years-the servants inevitably come to feel that the house belongs to them and not to the householder. As times goes by they become increasingly lazy and corrupt with no money to pay for the upkeep.
The householder blames the servants for having cheated and defrauded her. She concludes that all servants are cheats who are not to be trusted. But the householder forgets that it was only because she abdicated her own responsibility for adequately supervising the servants that they could behave the way they did, bringing the house to the sorry state it is in.
The Indian public is like that over-trustful householder who has let her house be run, with virtually no monitoring, by politicians who, feeling that there is no one to hold them to account for their actions, have done exactly as they pleased, holding to ransom the house that call India.
Best Wishes!

we are never without an identity. In the system in which we are living, there are set patterns of life.
Due to our ignorance we create frames. A framed life is never happy, never satisfied because we really belong to the frameless source. If our life belongs to the frameless source, how can you define it in a frame? Can you capture the whole of the ocean in a cup?
Our ideal identity is no identity-to become zero, to live with a zero identity. We worship those who have attained this state. Either acquire a zero identity or become everything. Never identify yourself with one thing at all. Either identity with nothing or identity with everything never be in-between. That is the faith you should have in yourself.
First has faith in yourself, with whatever identity you are living, had full faith in that. If you have no faith in yourself, faith in the Divine alone will not work.
Best Wishes!
