Multidimensional Life
Though most of us operate from our periphery, often saying and doing things spontaneously, without thinking or planning, we are all eventually guided by our center. What s our center? It is usually that core collection of feelings, beliefs, conditioning, thoughts, biases, prejudices, ideas, perceptions, points of vies and opinions- basically whatever we think we are. This center is often mind based, not being or soul-based, for those things always operate out of silence and love. The soul or being is our real center, as opposed to the mind or ego-based. `Pseudo-center` from where we frequently and unknowingly operate.
Very few of us operate from pure love. Invariably, we tend to operate from fear, or
its subsidiaries, like hate, greed, envy, avarice, mistrust, anger, competition and frustration.
Any truth is relative to the perceptive from which is known. Reality is comprise of innumerable
substances, both material and spiritual, and these too are constantly changing and in a state
of flux.
The well-known story about 6 blind men asked to touch and describe an elephant.
All of them came with different answers, calling the elephant a rope, fan, snake or wall.
All of us see the world from our limited perspective.
Your views, and comments are most welcome on above.

The principles of love, compassion and respect for all life are familiar to the western mind but in recent centuries, we have restricted them to human only.
Our birth and existence is dependent on causes outside ourselves, inextricably linking us with the world and denying us any autonomous existence. Indeed when we think deeply enough, the borders between ourselves and the world wash away like water in water.
We and all of nature are inseparable, entwined, one.  Compassion for others should be as natural and instinctive as compassion for us and our own bodies.
We must develop a sense of universal responsibility not only in the geographic sense, but also in respect to the different issues that confront our planet. Responsibility does only lie with the leaders of our countries or with those who have been appointed or elected to do a particular job. It lies with each of us individually.

Liberation can never be an acquisition of the individual. Because liberation is not a person,
liberation is from a person. It is often said by sages that the search or efforts to seek
liberation will end only when the seeker ends.
All attempts made in this direction only further crystallize the identity and discreteness
of the seeker. Desire for liberation is an oxymoron, because liberation is absence of all
desires. Does it mean that all endeavors like medication, devotion, and prayer are
superfluous? It is said that Liberations is merely a blink away. It need no involve any
form of penance; it need not involve any form penance, effort or endeavor.

in our lives we encounter people who harm us, insult us, plot against us, whose actions seem calculated to thwart the successful achievement of our goals. Sometimes these are obvious acts, such as a co-worker who continually steals out ideas or speaks badly of us to our boss. Sometimes, these acts are subtle- a friend, relative or a colleague who unexpectedly betrays us or who we find has been surreptitiously speaking negatively about us behind our back.
Slowly we find that our own actions, words and thoughts become driven by anger and pain. We find ourselves engaged in cunning thoughts of revenge. Before we realize it, we are injuring ourselves by allowing negative emotions dominate us. The insulted us or plotted against us or sabotaged a well-deserved achievement at work. But we injure ourselves more deeply and more gravely by allowing our hearts and minds to darken.

While the body is transitory and has a normal curve of birth, growth, maturity, decay and death and the mind that is encased in the body also goes along the same route, the soul is beyond death and destruction and joins the cosmic pool when it leaves the body. But God who created all living beings on this universe embedded humans with a special characteristic –that of an intelligent capable of knowing his non-being also! We live in the past with our memories, we live in the present with our pains and pleasures and we live in the future with vague guess work
Just as the physical body is vulnerable to injury and disease the mind, too, suffers as a result of what we say and do. Medical help is available for bringing the body back to good health. But when the mind suffers an aberration owing to traumatic events the consequences can be tragic for all those who are close to the person so affected and of course, the concerned individual. Treatment for disturbed minds is not so easily accessible. Moreover, seeking psychiatric help is viewed as something only `mad` people do, and so there is a stigma attached.
Hence there is need for counseling centers and openness to encourage people to come forward to seek help. This will help reduce the anxiety and stress levels, leading to a better quality of life for individuals and families and by extension, friends, colleagues and society as a whole. The more depressed you get, the more anxiously you seek isolation that only deepens the depression.

Of Passion and Compassion:
We know what passion is hence it is not very difficult to understand what passion may be. Passion means a state of biological fever-it is hot. You are almost possessed by biological unconscious energies. You are no longer your own master, you are just a slave.
Passion is lust, compassion is love. Passion is desire, compassion is desirelessness. Passion wants to use the other as a means; compassion respects the other as an end unto himself or herself. Passion keeps you tethered to earth, to mud and you never become a lotus. You start rising above the muddy world of desires, greed and anger. Compassion is a transformation of your energies.

Trust is an inner eye. Just as the two outer eyes are for seeing the universe, there is a third eye inside whose name is trust. The eye of trust means the eye of love.
If you love someone you will see certain things in the person what no one else will see. That sweetness delicate and the touch of love are needed for it, only then is it revealed. You will hear the echo of a song in that person that no one else will hear. You will hear it one has to come closer that anyone else has come. Only you are that close.

Subject:  Mind Made Scale
Duality divides. Oneness unites. When we think, we divide ourselves. Thought creates a duality or division- by a `mind made scale` for measurement of good or bad, pain and pleasures, more or less; virtue or vice. Thought varies with time, space individual and object. It creates diverse situations and options. Each person often led to “KARMA” by invisible thought force that drops from the Universal Reservoir of Un-known or Universal thought and karma projects I-ness as distinct from Oneness.
In domain of bodies and flesh, Karmic debits and credits accrue. This apparently symbolizes God-human relationship as a balance sheet. In affairs of body, mind, soul, Nature, time and space, balance sheet cannot be annualized. Settlement of `Karmic` credit an debits of past lives-that may be good or bad- can be done through retribution [payback] in subsequent life forms or when debit waived.
Good thoughts or `Karma`, from spiritual point of view, take consciousness inward and upward. Negative thoughts or bad `Karmas` have tendency to pull mind downward and outward. This is the broad distinction for determining what is `good` or `bad`.
Our own good Karmas and medication may create conditions for that Oneness. But `primordial sin` or separation is forgiven, when Divine act of mercy takes place. Call it grace, or by any other name. It is then that `Karmic` debits and credits are wiped out relationship with flesh finishes, duality dies and Oneness attained.

Fear has many names like dread, worry, panic, anxiety, and it manifests itself in varied ways as in avoidance, procrastination, perfectionism, judgment, control, agitation and violence. Fear usually prevents us from living up to our true potential. Whether we are afraid of the dark, of being abandoned, failure, commitment, flying or public speaking, fear can affect nearly every decision we make.
Fear is part of the problem, sometimes fear is the problem- but when are really paying attention, fear is usually part of the solution.
We easily forget that fear is an essential part of our nature; an alarm system there to get out attention, to push us out of harm`s way. We need to learn to distinguish between unhealthy or neurotic fear that holds us back, and healthy fear that helps us to move on. Unhealthy fear is persistent, exaggerating and even inventing potential dangers; healthy fear stands guard responsibly informing us immediately of real danger.
It is only through facing, exploring, accepting and responding to fear that we free ourselves from its paralyzing grip. If befriending or embracing our fear seems too much, then as a first step, one can simply acknowledge it.

Should India create a sovereign wealth fund? India has foreign exchange reserves of around $280 billion. The practice at present is to invest these funds in sovereign debt instruments of the world`s strongest economies, reshuffling the portfolio to minimize exchange rate losses. The return on such assets is ridiculously low, and is slated to remain low for some time. The opportunity cost is huge. The catch is the integrity challenge.

Having good social relationships- friends, marriage or children – may be every bit as important to a healthy lifespan as quitting smoking, losing weight or taking certain medications.
People with strong social relationships were 50% less likely to die early than people without such support.
A lack of social relationships was equivalent to smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day.
Having low levels of social interaction was equivalent to being an alcoholic, was more harmful than not exercising and was twice as harmful as obesity.

One of the favorite sports of India`s middle classes is bureaucracy bashing. It is an easy game to play and can be quite a lot of fun. Everyone has their favorite, outrageous story about an encounter with the bureaucracy. The inefficiency, corruption, insensitivity, stupidity and Kafkaesque circularity of bureaucratic procedures and rules are legendary. That India`s bureaucracy is one the most stifling and difficult to deal with has now been revealed in a survey. Over a thousand expatriate business executive rated India`s bureaucracy the most annoying in Asia.
The problem with India is no, as we in the middle class imagine, that we have too many idle and corrupt bureaucrats.  The problem is that we have too many rules and regulations and too few officials to implement and monitor the regimes, and bring to book those who flout the rules and regulations. As India`s population grows, the disequilibrium is only going to grow: more rules and regulations to be applied to more and more people by a bureaucracy that is not high enough.
A conclusion: either we expand the bureaucracy or else the government will gradually wither away to the point that India will join the ranks of failed states. That would be a calamity for the Indian people.

Subject: Intellect and Intelligence.
We spent lot of time acquiring intelligence at the expenses of developing intellect.
Intelligence is built by gaining information, knowledge from external agencies, from schools and universities, teachers and textbooks. The intellect is developed through your individual effort by exercising the faculty of questioning, thinking and reasoning. Not accepting anything that does not admit logic or reason. Know the difference between the two.

Not realizing the importance of the intellect in life, people make no attempt to develop their own. Instead, they merely indulge in acquiring intelligence through surface reading of others` periodicals and publications. Education has lost its meaning and purpose. For generation’s human being have turned into intelligence robots and are traversing through life without awareness, much less inquiring into the meaning and purpose of life.

The world today is in a state of chaos due to the perversion in human development- all intelligence and no intellect. That explains why even highly educated business-persons, professionals and scholars become alcoholics, are short-tempered and succumb to worry and anxiety. It is the mind that loses its temper. Again, it is the mind that constantly harbors worry of the past and anxiety for the future. When the intellect remains undeveloped and weak, it is unable to control the vagaries of the mind. Those having developed a powerful intellect, with or without academic distinction, can hold the mind under perfect control and direct action to spell success and peace in life.
The educational systems the world over must be held responsible for the debacle of the intellect. Only by maintaining this essential equation can governments be run, business conducted, professions practiced and families live in peace and prosperity.

One of the essential problems of our society is that we have a tendency,
amid all the craziness that surrounds us, to lose sight of what is truly
human in ourselves, and that includes our own individual needs.
Those very special, mostly non-material things, that would fulfill us,
give meaning to our lives, enlarge us, and enable us to more easily
embrace those around us
We need to reduce the speed limits of our lives. We need to savour the trip.
Leave the cell phone at home every once a while. Try kissing more and
less. And top talking so much listen to other people have something to say,
too. And when they don`t, that glorious
silence that you hear will have more to say to you than you ever imagined.
is when you will begin to hear you song. That`s when you best
take hold, and you become really you.

SELF DEFENCE - SAFETY TIPS
Awareness is the key. Increasing your personal awareness is an integral part of crime prevention,
and perhaps the single most important element of effective self-defense.
An awareness of the reality of crime and violence, as well as an awareness of your environment,
are the keys to your personal security.
1. Trust your instincts: Learn to trust your instincts and listen to what your intuition tells you.
Trust those "little voices" when they tell you that something (or someone) "just don't look right.
" All of your senses should come to full alert, and you should be prepared to take action
(if it's necessary) to get out of the situation or away from that person as fast as possible.
2. Avoid presenting a victim profile: Crime victims are frequently chosen because they are easy targets.
Criminals prey on the weak or unsuspecting, and usually avoid people who are aware of what's going on
and might put up a fight. When people in the eye out in public, look, keep your head up, and walk with
a confident stride. This tells the predator that you are more likely to see him coming and resist.
Without the element of surprise, they will likely pass you up for someone who'll put up less of a fight.
3. Lights, people and noise: "Just use good common sense and remember to pay attention
to what's happening around you, and you will go a long way towards keeping yourself safe...
“Always remember that your greatest allies are lights, people and noise. These are the three things
that criminals fear most, because they increase the likelihood that they will be seen or caught.
4. Your first priority is escape: If you do end up in a dangerous situation, remember that your number
one priority is not to fight, but to escape. When faced with someone who demands your wallet, purse,
jewelry etc... - give it to them, and get out of there. No possession, however valuable,
is worth risking your life over.
5. You must react quickly: One of the greatest challenges to defending yourself is that in the real world
(unlike in the movies) acts of violence usually happen very quickly. When an attack occurs suddenly
(even though there are usually warning signs), you are at an extreme disadvantage,
if you are not prepared to react. Pepper spray, stun guns and firearms are useless
if you can't get to them instantly when you need them. So try to anticipate dangerous situations
in advance (such as walking to your car at night) and prepare yourself to take quick action.
6. The element of surprise: Second to awareness, surprise is perhaps the most important
element of effective self-defense. Using it to your advantage can give you a devastating edge in a
confrontation. For example, you might pretend to be passive, by appearing to submit to your
assailants wishes, only to attack them when they least expect it. You might also try to talk
to your attacker, and then suddenly throw something at their face - and run. In any case,
it will be your ability to stay as calm as possible, while you keep thinking,
that will make the difference.
PLEASE CIRCULATE THIS INFORMATION TO ALL!!!

Living is selling.
You sell yourself on going to your favorite restaurant. A husband and wife sell constantly. What movie shall we go to? Who takes the dog to the vet? And so on.
Life is a sale. And the path to success at both living and selling is the same.
Attitude matters. Attitude sells. To see what people really value watch when they put their money where their mouths are-literally. People make them feel good. Develop your skill, sharpen them more each day. People value- and pay more for – the way you make them feel. People buy feelings.

to learn something new everyday is a gift. One realizes this only if one`s mind is open to the world and to life. It could be as simple as learning a new word and its meaning; something that enriches one`s life in even in a small way, for every little bit of learning helps one becomes just that wee bit wiser.
One might like to think one is smart and wise-but the truth is, it is the only with little experience in life that one realizes that life is a gift; it has something new to offer every single day. Suddenly, one could discover a new flower, tree or painting; one tries to understand what it is- physical enrichment because the physical is beholding something beautiful and one`s mind is trying to assimilate what it means.
One can experience during one`s career and travels, meeting people, exchanging ideas- that have helped one to absorb and learn, to share and spread happiness, transcending geography, culture, and relationship.

Subject: Recondition Your Mind.
Conditioning is an integral part of life. Every human being is born in an environment, so everyone is subject to environmental conditioning. There is no exception whatsoever.
So, every one of us is conditioned, one way or other.
Everyone is bound to live a conditioned life. It is everyone`s fate and no one can escape from it. It is a fact that everyone is subject to conditioning but is also a fact that every form of conditioning can be reversed. Conditioning is a phenomenon of thinking. Thinking and counter thinking are both within the capacity of the mind. It is accepted that education is an important tool for personality development. At the same time, one must try to recondition one’s mind; otherwise one cannot receive the fruits of education.
Those who look only at external factors invariably underestimate their own capacity. But those who discover themselves become free of this obsession and can meet all challenges. Recondition your conditioning and you will instantly emerge a new person even better than what you were in the past.

Loneliness
considering the transitory nature of life, it makes sense to not to cling to things. And why are we so serious? Perhaps we are so serious because we have so much negativity.  What cause a paid turns out to be the most beautiful blessing of life. If any source gives pain, feel gratitude for that. For suffering creates the opportunity for change. Sometimes we need pressure and pain to make us change for the better. Pain is a hammer in the hands of the Divine. Divinity is trying to make true figure.
Keep alive your alones. We came from One and we have to become One. One is alone; alone means One. The highest possibilities of life can come in loneliness. When you are two, nothing comes to you, two is a pastime. If our life is happy, if it is full of the divine blessings, blessed by divine grace, it is because life gives us the fruits of loneliness. Only the Divine is alone. The Divine is one. He`s not two.
We should feel gratitude if something or someone gives us the experience of loneliness. Only when we are alone, are we able to understand ourselves, to know who we are, to become aware of ourselves, to see the value of our lives. But we are always afraid of loneliness. Nobody wants to be alone, to be single; we want to become two, and two takes you out from you. Becoming one is a process of life.
If we are alone, we should try to live with this loneliness for a long time. When we live with this and the seed of loneliness is established in us, a beautiful tree comes out. And the tree that comes from the seed of loneliness gives us love, peace, harmony, joy, bliss, everything.

Most of us invariably take a look at ourselves in the mirror at least once a day. The mirror diligently and without being judgmental, reflects what is and what is not. We accept what it tells us without much complaint. We then try to better, in whatever way possible, that which is possible to change for the better and simply accept the rest as given. We take pride in what we have in terms of form, beauty and appearance and try not to dwell too much on what we lack outwardly. We may also resolve and work towards those areas that need to be improved. We step out of the house, with this `approved` confidence, and are ready to take on the world.
Let`s say we are able to hold the mirror to reflect our mind and heart. Chances are that most of us don`t make the effort, perhaps because we my not approve of the kind of reflection we might get to see. It may be too much for our ego state to accept. It is never easy to get ourselves to accept what we don`t like to see n us, especially that which we cannot actually `see`.

Jug Suralya says in the editorial of TOI, “The elections have witnessed an induction of more than 150 million first time voters. The greatest challenge that the new Indian government faces is to devise ways and means to put to productive use this collective energy which could transform the country economically and socially. The solution lies not in the creation of yet more sarkari (Govt) jobs and adding to an already bloated bureaucracy the answer lies in out-of –the- box thinking: micro financing grassroots entrepreneurs, encouraging self-employment through vocational training, creating sources of productive livelihood instead of creating unproductive government jobs. Unless this is done, millions of India`s “kabutars` (pigeons) will continue to fly out of the country to far-off lands, to perform tricks and sell trinkets and live on the uncertain kindness of foreign strangers, living evidence of India`s begging bowl.” Your comments can be sent to – sunderkt at Gmail dot com – http://sundercircle.wordpress.com – Kind Regards.

we understand that to be successful is to arrive, to get somewhere; and so we worship success. We`re always thinking in terms of success, in terms of `more`, and the `more` is a relative idea dependent on what prevailing social norms consider to be respectable. If you do not live up to that societal, you are likely to be called a failure. But if you love to do something with all you being, you are then not concerned with success and failure. However, very few have the evolved perspective that allows them space to think this way. The whole concern of an intelligent person is to see things as they are and understand the problem- which is not necessarily about bracketing action in terms of being oriented towards success or failure. It`s only when we don`t really love what we`re doing, that we think in those terms. Didn`t a wise person say; “Success is a relative term; there`s nothing absolute about it?”
What we think of as success today might be thought of as failure in another time and situation and vice versa. It would be in our best interest to view both what we call success and failure as relative states and so treat both success and failure with equanimity.

The best way for awareness of self to happen is slowly, from within, like daybreak when the brightness of the sun is experienced very gently, until it shines forth steadily. Such an experience of Self-awareness would need to happen out of the complete and expectant emptiness of mind, something that waits in hushed silence to be brought forth with divine intervention and the effort put in by the seeker.
This way, as something that comes from within, Self-awareness would help the individual seeker make that cosmic conscious connection with the universal intelligence. You feel it as an effulgent presence, a consciousness that is pristine pure, completely free of any thought. In fact, we cannot grasp the quintessence of spirituality though thinking at all.

Freedom from sex is not repression of sex: it the understanding of sex; by understanding, one goes beyond it. But that does not mean that you will be angry, against it and antagonistic. You will be blissful. You will bless everybody with the hope that someday, they will also go beyond it.
Sex is not a sin. Nobody is ever punished or sent to hell for sex. God has given it to you, you are born with it; you have not created it- like the atom bomb, bayonet, sword, money or politics- these are inventions of the ugly human mind. These people will go to hell, certainly. But sex is God-given gift, and it is a great seed. Once it starts sprouting and finds the right soul, it will become a big tree. Millions of flowers will come to it.

Head understands head and heart understands heart. We try to put the heart in the head and head in the heart and it doesn`t seem to work.
Your heart feels something beautiful, and you can feel it. When head says something is beautiful, we cling on to the word; it`s there in the mind, but we might not feel what we feel when the heart says the same thing. We repeat the word ‘beautiful’ in the head but it doesn’t seem or feel beautiful the way it would have if it had come from the heart.
Let us talk about love. It`s the same thing- you talk too much about love, the word love` gets stuck in the head, but somehow there no depth of feeling. That`s because it`s in the head, not in the heart. In silence, love emits, radiates. We experience ourselves in the things we love more. That is why, when we lose the things we love, we feel hurt; we fee unhappy.
We are all floating in an ocean of life; a big life. It is not just empty space all around us; it is lively big life. And in the big sea of life there, all shells are floating and each shell has got a little water in it which is not the water separate from the water in the sea.
so, we come out of our shells and experience, “I am not just in the body, but I am expanded all over; everywhere, it`s me there and it`s me here, I see myself in everybody”.

On Hollywood –MGM
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the legendary 86 year-old Hollywood studio, is filling for bankruptcy. This relates to Hollywood`s style of functioning, marred by overblown budgets, unreal plots, unsure narratives and seeking novelty mixed with realism. In contrast stands Bollywood, the Hindi film industry steadily expanding over the globe. Bollywood`s themes are constantly energized by everyday culture and mythology while increasingly including edgy, experimental stories.
Winner of 205 Oscars over the years, it is extraordinary that a studio of MGM`s stature should see such days. Despite holding 4,000 film titles including the sparkling James Bond series, the studio, bought in 2005 by a Sony-led consortium, has been plagued by debts of four billion dollars. It is anticipated that its lenders will now take over most of MGM, forcing it to re-scale operations. MGM`s crisis reflects greater troubles within Hollywood itself. In recent years, American cinema has increasingly been treated not as ‘show business` but pure business. Films have been based on market strategy, distribution networks and commercial calculations as opposed to simply being cinema that delights and thrills viewers through the forceful creativity driving it. Once, MGM made iconic films like Gone with the Wind, BenHur, The Wizard of Oz and Rocky. In recent times, despite the hype and hoopla surrounding Hollywood, it is hard to think of many movies which will live beyond their times, seeping into popular memory the world over.

The subject is: Happiness Is Not Everything
The idea of happiness is a kind of ignorance. If your understanding is healthy,
then you will never give too much importance to happiness; we do so because
of our ignorance. Happiness is not the idea, purpose or aim of life;
happiness is a consequence, a fruit.
Happiness is a subject of the senses. The scope of the senses is limited and
the senses are completely unaware of the greatness of life.
If you are just following your senses, you are indulging them.
Understand the game of the senses, and then go beyond them.
Discover that portion of life, that part of life that can give us something permanent,
the highest knowledge of life, the highest clarity in life.
What we understand by happiness lies on the surface.
When you live at a deeper level, you give importance to clarity of consciousness
which gives you information on the purpose of your existence; it gives you purpose.
Once this is clear everything come to you, including contentment and balance.

Choose Your Options with Care.
Everyday in our life, we perhaps have some kind of bad experience, big or small. One has two options: either ignore them or react. The first option is a form of forgiveness, while the other amounts to engagement and in some cases, even revenge.
Which is the better option?
Forgiveness is a better option for it is based on a proven formula: `save yourself`. Forgiveness saves you from distraction, it saves your time, and it saves you from creating more problems. Forgiveness could amount to an instant solution to the problem.
In contrast, reaction and emotional revenge means turning the bad into worse, for revenge tends to worsen the problem. If forgiveness is buying time, revenge is just wasting time without hope of any positive result.
“To error is human, but to forgive is divine” For the core, aren`t we all really divine beings?

India is emerging as managerial number one in the world.
In 2009 Indian companies have raised billions from global markets, to finance foreign takeovers, and internal
expansion. This far exceeded the inflow of foreign direct
investment [around $10 billion].
This is the real revolution of 2006, India as left
behind the stage of being seen as global suppliers of
soft ware, generic drugs and auto components. It is now
seen as a global managerial power, one that can take over
multinationals across the world and improve their
performance. So, global financiers are tripping over
one another to fund foreign acquisitions by Indian
companies.
The world now believes that Indian are excellent managers,
better than those in several American and European countries
Hundreds of Indian companies have become MNCs with growing
empires.
Day is not far, when ICIC Bank takes over Citibank, when
Infosys acquired IBM, when Reliance takes over Exxon; and
Tata Motors take over General Motors, and of course Times
of India should take over the New York Times.

According to Akamai Technologies’ latest State of the Internet report, India has currently 2.1 million unique IPs, which means the country has 0.002 IPs per capita or two unique IP addresses per 1,000 people. An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a unique 32-bit number, which identifies a computer in an IP network.

The State of the Internet report also reveals that the percentage of broadband connections from India with speeds above 5 Mbps (high broadband) and 2 Mbps (broadband) are 0.6 per cent and 4.6 per cent respectively. The percentage of connections with speeds less than 256 Kbps from India is 26 per cent.

Sanjay Singh, vice president, Global Services and Support, Akamai Technologies, has said, “Our global network of 36,000 servers across 70 countries enables us to offer unique insight into how the internet is being leveraged around the world. While the report notes that India has just two unique IPs per 1,000 people on average, we believe India’s internet penetration will significantly increase in the coming years, thanks in part to the economic boom and increasing IT adoption.”

In the ICE (information, communication, and entertainment) age, life is characterized by stiff competition. The anxiety to keep ahead in the rat race and the urge to garner material benefits is ripping us apart. Relationships have taken a beating and marriage is losing its sheen. From a marriage of convenience it has now transformed into a game of compromises. Giving each other space, understanding work cultures and the pressure that comes along, sharing domestic responsibilities top the list. Partners need to have faith in each other, shed their egos and be ready to talk things out instead of fighting. Practicality is the word. Along with an easy-going attitude, there should be the zeal to support their respective families. It is necessary to draw the demarcating line between personal and professional lives. Being supportive of each other regarding professional decisions, coming up with suggestion but not imposing upon the partner are important for a successful marriage.

sunderblogger.047. How do we live our daily life, not theoretically, philosophically or idealistically, but actually how do we live our daily life? If we examine it, it is a constant battle, constant struggle, effort after effort. What shall we do? It comes down to that. Can we change our life? Is it possible? Because conflict is part of violence. This constant struggle to be something in the world, economically, socially, as well as inwardly, is the basis of our life.

Boredom is a state of mind in that state, nothing appeals to us, nothing excites us,
and ad nothing interests us. Boredom is not something that hits us from outside;
It`s nothing external. It is not like day and night or like the seasons that are inevitable.
Boredom is the mind, though it might be related to the presence or absence of people,
events or material elements that are outside the person
The most common reason for boredom is when one does not have anything worthwhile
to do. Take up a hobby, call up old friends or relatives, start writing a journal, learn
a new art like drawing, painting, or music, remember all the things you wanted to do,
but could not do due to a genuine lack of time.
Like everything, boredom too has its benefits, if you use the time effectively, and creatively.
Otherwise, you can keep complaining that you are bored, and waste the one and
only life that God has given you, in a bored, mundane fashion. Feeling bored is
also a choice- no one is stopping you from going ahead and doing all those things
that could make your life interesting or exciting, except yourself.
